Our list of seven cocktails is creative and indulgent, ranging from fruity to packed with chocolate, and making use of delicious local ingredients like our own ganaches, gourmet gelato, urban honey from our rooftop, and freshly brewed espresso. Your choice of Cointreau, Kahlua, Frangelico or Baileys can be added to our Classic Hot Chocolate made with 60% dark ganache for a delicious, warming beverage. They can also be added to our affogatos ($11) and milkshakes ($13), or enjoyed on their own neat or on the rocks ($8.50 single shot; $15 double shot).

Choose from Galway Pipe Tawny with flavours of fruitcake and raisin; Hanwood Tawny with nutty, biscuit-y flavours; and Chambers Muscat with aromas of marmalade and raisin. All for under $10.

Every day at our South Yarra lounge we host happy hour between 4 and 7pm, which means two cocktails for only $15! Happy hour just got even happier.

Secrets of The Perfect Macaron

Truffle Making Experience

The chocolate truffle is a classic, decadent and delicious treat, traditionally made with a chocolate ganache centre and rolled in cocoa powder. In this hands-on course, learn how to make a variety of delicious truffles with which you can impress friends and family! You’ll learn related techniques of piping, rolling, dipping, and tempering.

Mother’s Day – it’s one of those holidays that seem to sneak up on us every May. And yet, it’s certainly not an occasion you’d want to forget, or a gift that you’d want to leave until the last minute. Bring your mum in for the ultimate treat: our luxurious chocolate high tea featuring a range of our best and most delicious sweet and savoury treats, paired with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or for only an extra $10 a chocolate cocktail (cocktail only available at South Yarra). Bookings are essential and seatings are limited so call us to inquire, or book online.

3. The fun gift: a gift voucher for one of our chocolate classes

We run chocolate classes throughout the year which are hosted by our Master Chocolatier, and they are open to anyone! Give your mum the gift of learning how to make the perfect macaron, a creamy truffle, or her own unique chocolate bar. All classes are hands on and guests take home whatever they create. There couldn’t be more activity in our chocolate kitchen as we continue to fill our shelves with delicious Easter products.

Every year some of our favourite and most popular choices belong to our chocolate Easter egg range. These are the ultimate symbol of Easter celebrations, and we have them available in such an assortment of creative designs that something is bound to suit your needs no matter what they are.

Great for those who love our handcrafted pralines, our filled eggs come complete with a delectable selection of our individual chocolates. Chocolate connoisseurs who wish to sample a range of our specialty flavours: these eggs are for you! With selections such as our popular Raspberry, Lime, Noir and Au Lait, everyone is sure to find a favourite.

Speciality eggs

Medium-sized eggs in a variety of styles, available in our lounges on a rotating basis. The dotty egg is a particular favourite, with cheerful coloured polka dots, or the spun eggs which feature a gorgeous pattern in milk, white and dark chocolate. Also available in marbled chocolate, freckle decoration, splattered colour, and more.

Our limited edition Giant Eggs are also available for purchase in our stores and are a spectacular gift. Also available in marbled, graffiti, spun, and dotty varieties. In the lead-up to this very chocolate-y holiday, we will be featuring different aspects of our Easter range on our blog. The theme of this week’s blog is our wide range of Easter Bunnies, which are some of our favourite chocolate figures. Whatever you are looking for, we are sure you will find it here!

Our gorgeous Traditional bunnies are our most popular bunny and make the perfect Easter gift. Created with 60% dark or milk chocolate and hand decorated with white, milk and 60% dark chocolate. These are available in four sizes so will perfectly fit your needs no matter what they are.

If you loved our chocolate graffiti bars, some of our bunnies have now also had the graffiti makeover. The size of this miniature individual bunny makes them a perfect small gift or addition to a table setting. They are also available in a milk and white chocolate marble effect.

Our Freckled Egg tube is perfect for sharing. Offer them around and they’ll be gone in no time – that is if you are willing to share them.

We also have some cheeky Easter chickens, which are available in either milk or white chocolate and decorated with a combination of white, milk and 60% dark chocolate. These figures come in two sizes: small (approx. 16cm) and medium (approx. 20cm).

Also back is our new-look Easter sheep with cute little ears and a white chocolate coat. Perfect for the child in your life (or adult – we assume nothing!).

All products are handcrafted in Melbourne using the highest quality European milk, dark and white couverture, and wherever possible, local ingredients.
