Chocolate School

Ganache Chocolate runs public chocolate making classes throughout the year, hosted by Master Chocolatier Arno. All class places must be booked via an external booking platform, We Teach Me; you can be redirected there by clicking on the photos below for more course information and booking instructions.

If you have a group of between 10 and 15 people who are looking to take part in a private class, please email us at for date availability.

Secrets of the Perfect Macaron, $100

For the gluten intolerant: Please note that although very few of our chocolates contain gluten, our kitchen is used to make other products that do, so there may be traces of gluten in our products.

To secure a place all classes must be booked at least 10 days prior and paid for at time of booking.

All adult classes last approx 2 hrs, although some may run over. The Macaron class is 2.5hrs

Please note closed toe footwear is required to be worn and long hair should be tied back.

On warm days, please bring a cooler for the safe transport home of your creations.

Classes take place at Ganache Chocolate, South Yarra.

Classes are for adults and children over 12 years old.
