Sink into a soft leather couch and try one of a variety of speciality hot chocolates or sample a multitude of decadent sweet treats. Think pralines, gelato, gateaux and chocolate. Owner Arno Backes trained extensively in Europe before coming to Melbourne and opening Ganache. All the products on sale are made by Arno and his team in the kitchen above the chocolate lounge. Simply heavenly!
