Chocolate Bars
Choose from the widest range of chocolate bars in Melbourne. Gânache Chocolate offers its 100g bars in milk chocolate, white chocolate and 2 varieties of dark - a smooth 60% and a more intense 75% couverture.
We also offer a 99% couverture for the adventurous and a no sugar added bar especially formulated for diabetics.
Our bars are topped with a range of fruits and nuts, from the popular hazelnut, almond or coffee to cranberries, strawberries and everything in between.
Early 2012 saw the introduction of our filled and infused chocolate bar range. These 45g bars come boxed and are the perfect gift for any chocolate lover.
All chocolate bars are handmade in South Yarra.
